AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Appalling customer service. Ordered and waited over an hour for food that didn’t arrive. When I called up, they said they had emailed me to contact them. Asked why they wouldn’t deliver – they said because I hadn’t provided a phone number and refused to come out until I did.

Putney branch – manager was a moron , argued with me, and did not apologise
