delivery takes to long and prices have just went up. waited 50mins on a intown delivery
monday night not a weekend
no phone call back to say sorry or money off
shame everything ive had from thare is good

Ttl joke been waiting 2 hours on a delivery phoned it at just after 6 n still not here was told at back of 7 its in its way! On its way where china? Would be phonin to cancel it if my son wasn't still waitin on his t won't be orderin from thr again

i work at valentinos, who ever says the delivery is slow is lying, although on some cases at the weekend it does take upto and hour, worth the wait though, food is to good, everything is cooked perfect, dont listen to the other comments.

The food is second to none but delivery is an issue. Call me lazy but on occasion i order in although i live less that 5 minutes up the road from Valentino's and it still takes about an hour.....it would literally take me half the time to walk down, order, wait and head back up with it. Get your delivery drivers in gear Valentino's and you're cooking with gas. Just like Luciano's was.....

i ordered for my mum in law every wednesday but last week i phones at 6.15 my mum in law got it at 8.10 and it was cold then i decided to give them another try i ordered a lasagne and it was pink it looked like spew 5.80 wasted aaaagggghhhh im going to trading standards

I order from here quite often, the only food I can pick fault with is the fritter as sometimes they are undercooked. Delivery can be a little slow at times but no worse than any other delivery place round here!

We have ordered from Valentinos and never had a problem with deliveries. The food is always very good and the staff are nice and friendly. We think they serve the best suppers in Kirkcaldy.

The food is excellent. People moaning about delivery times must realise that the food is cooked to order and when it arrives it is always piping hot. Great service, best chippy in Kirkcaldy by a mile.

I've read the delivery issues on here and I order from here and everyrime I've waited half an hour guaranteed the only issue I have is they never put enough garlic on my spag bol lol extra extra extra garlic I ask for and I get the extra plz sort it then your all good mama mia Italia Italia from a juve fan

Placed a really large order for a birthday party , handled superbly by the guys all food delivered hot and on time . Would highly recommend this for a teenagers party food went down a storm especially the pakoras and donner meat . Thanks guys you helped make the party a great night .
