The sausage in batter had been refried in the evening from a left over at lunchtime, the batter was so hard and stale, that's all it could have been. I went back one more time to have a Chinese meal instead and looked through to the kitchen only to see several visitors with children in the kitchen with no hair covered just wandering about THEN the older lady cooking a dish (again with no gloves or hair cover on) licked her fingers and carried on preparing the food!!!
