Rude Lady!
The lady that takes the order over the phone is very rude! Huffing and puffing over a simple question. Very bad attitude. If I wasn't so hungry I would have gone else where! Customer service skills love! Put us English to shame. They need to employ a polite Chinese person

Got charged 2.00 other day for delivery when i dont live 3miles away
also chips bit hard but overall ok but prices can be expensive on other hand

Chips bit hard rest of food ok but not great fan of the chicken omelette bit sickly sorry and also dont live over 3 miles away and got charged 2.00 delivery on top of what i had already paid

Gets new job if you hate it that much!
Although the food is nice, the lady which takes the orders clearly has no customer service skills. Very rude and miserable! For this reason only, we will take our buisness where they appreciate it!
