Plastic found in food - awful!
I found a huge piece of plastic in my meal. They offered a free meal the next time I visited, and after 5 months I tried again. (Somewhat foolishly as it turns out!) They got the order completely wrong, even after my specific request for no aubergine due to an allergy, then laughed and refused to replace the meal when we complained.
In conclusion the food is poor, the service worse and the lady who owns the business would benefit from some customer service training!

Green crispy thai curry
Ate here for the first time last night. Order was quickly produced and was absolutely delicious. Salmon skin was crispy, fish perfectly cooked, with aubergine and coconut. Can't wait to go back.

Consistently good
We have been going to the Sunrise for many years and without a doubt the food, whether Thai or Chinese is top drawer.It has been always prepared to the highest standard and I would recommend them to any one.
Our favourites:
Mixed vegetables with Cashew nuts
Crispy duck in Hoi sin sauce
Spicy chicken in noodles

Sunrise on Harborne High St: Food isn't bad as I liked it and been back, pricey for that standard and amount given. Recommend: Thai Green Curry Beef
