Uncooked food & poor Customer Service

ee used to use this chip shop a lot, along with other customers like the police and fire station. New people brought it out and now not only is the quality poor, service is bad and stuff is always missing from orders.
The worse things we have seen there is un cooked food going out to customers. The owners don't even try and make it better by offering something else. They take your money and if you don't like it they don't care.
