Disappointing!!!
We have been using simpsons for a while and have always enjoyed the food. But recently the service from staff has been shocking and the standard of food has dropped dramatically. The food has either been overly salty or soggy, not only that but the last few times we have ordered something has been missing when delivered. We can safely say that we will no longer be using simpsons and are disappointed at the lack of care from the staff there!

crap food, also this takeway removed shish from it's mixed kebab, put a pound onto the cost and didnt bother to state the fact that they had done this on the menu.
Also, justeat page says £7 for a kebab, when 2 arrived, they charged me 315.40, when I queried this, he threatened to CALL THE POLICE! What kind of customer service is this? Avoid!
