RUDE , not what we asked for !
bad, rude , argumentative, unhelpful, bad customer service, unbelievable, not what we wanted , never use thm again , should of dealt with our complaint better !

I have always had a good experiance.
The food is great, the staff are friendly, i have been too the Shapla many times and it is always a pleasant experiance.

Tried them all in the area and keep coming back!
Used to live in Rowlands Castle and used Shapla free delivery - fantastic. Tried a few other local curry houses in the area but none came close (Indian on the Green in RC is good but expensive to have each week!).
Moved to Waterlooville so tried a few locals here, none compare to Shapla who still deliver FOC. Very rarely they forget something and I phone to tell them and let them know that on my next order I'll expect the refund, never an issue.

THE BEST!!!!
If you live anywhere near havant i wouldn't recommend ordering from anywhere else. If, like me you love indian food, shapla has the full indian flavour at its best. the chef's specials are fantastic too!

absolute rubbish
2 meals both went into the bin after 1 mouthful from each. chicken jalfrezi bright red tasted aweful as if curry powder had just been added. onion bhaji cold and uncooked in centre. the chicken zira just as bad. £20 wasted. never use it again 12/4/13
