Hair in food!
i found a long brown hair in my meal after 4 mouthfuls. I rang to complain and was put on the the manager, who told me they didnt have anyone working there with long brown hair.I sent the hair back with my meal, when i got my refund, but heard nothing back and got no apology!
I could have forgave the hair, but the manager was rude, didnt know how to deal with a complaint, and certainly had no customer service skills!

Excellent Thai Food - Originally Authentic
Have been eating from this place for the past three years and without fail is the best Thai food I have eat in Northern Ireland' After being to many different Thai outlets of food I have come to the conclusion that selee is the best out there. The staff are exceptional especially the owner who is very friendly and gets on first name bases, Francisco the owner. The timing of the service is very good as reissis usually delivered to my house within 20 minutes, this is a very good time compared to the medium average time of delivery from a Chinese which is approx 40 mins. Foods such as the curries are all very nice and the menu is diverse. I wish this business all the best in 2014 and I hope to have ,many more meals from Selee.
Having studied food and drink I know this eatery is of the highest quality and I have no doubt that their levels of service are brilliant.
