We have been going to Sam's for the last two years and by far it is the best Chinese in MK. Service is fast, reliable and the food is delicious. We recommend it to all our friends.

Gone downhill in the last couple of years. Hardly any egg in the fried rice, sweet and sour chicken balls soggy, shrunken spring rolls and barely cooked chips. Very disappointing now

I have been going to Sam`s for my Chinese. For years and I have no complaints, the staff are extremely friendly and remember my order well, the food is to excellent standards. I honestly don't see why people would dislike this takeaway.

Got the food home from sams to emerson valley, food was cold, foned up, wanted us to go all the way back to heat it up...long way to go back so we had to heat the food up, took ages as only got small microwave. The food is good but we dont expect it cold. Very dissapointing. Who wants cold chinese food?

IT GAVE ME FOOD POISONING!
I went to my GP and he confirmed it.
I was out of the game for 5 days!

So I contacted Sam's Chinese today and politely explained what had happened.
Their response was hostile?! "Prove it" they said, they have never caused anyone food poisoning, ever!
I can't "prove" they gave me food poisoning. They accept no liability...

I advised them that I can send the Chinese away for testing, "Do it." they have had food tested before.

As a gesture of goodwill they offered me less than £5, apparently as a customer I am worth less than £5 to them, so much for always being right! I didn't even get a sorry!

I refused their offer and am refusing them my custom ever again.

Never had a bad meal and the only Chinese in good to as best quality around only negative is wish they delivered
