AMAZING
Ive had numerous meals from them and never have they let me down. THe staff are polite and efficient, never had a wrong order. Food piping hot, good portion size and delious, delious food. I cant recommend them highly enough I will never go elsewhere !!!

Customer friendly but the food was average at best
Really nice person who took my order and the driver pleasant but the food was average and bland, crispy duck was great but main dishes poor and ribs scant of meat. Really disappointing as I was hoping it would be a takeaway of choice going forwards

Fantastic
Easily the best chinese take-away in Reading. I've been using the Oriental Express for years and have never had a bad experience, the food is excellent.

Awful
Ordered our Chinese and we were told it would take 45mins to be delivered. 1.5 hours later we call to see why our Chinese was late, the lady explained that the driver had car problems!
2 hours since calling our Chinese arrives, unedable!
Our dinner for the night went in the bin!
We called up and complained and asked for a refund, they were only happy to give us a refund if the delivery driver came into our house and looked in our bin!
After a good half an hour on the phone they agreed to drop the money to us in cash at some point in the week.
We will see if this happens but we are very unhappy with this service and food!

Oh dear what a pity, never mind
Put order in, waited 30 mins longer than advised. Order arrived minus most of what we wanted. Awaiting free replacement whilst starving to death........
