Worst service EVER!!!

The guy (apparently) working at 3.30pm on 28th March actually walked past me in the near empty cafe and said "Hey your coffee's getting cold on the counter - I called you" and with that he walked off. No sense that part of his job is service! Will be telling everyone I know in advertising in the area - there are better places who care more about their customers... A shame because the decor and range of food was appealing... Bad staff loses customers - simples
