They're milk, sugar and loads of carbs...Duh!!

Varying quality
Firstly no desert or Farman is healthy...it is indeed fat, sugar, carbs and milk.....these are the equivalent of western cakes, pastries and other junk food. Nice as these indian sweets tase...they are NOT healthy....unless you think a Mars bar or a cheesecake is healthy
