Hi Angela During the first two phases of the diet, no bread is alewold except Dukan bread recipes like this one . Dukan dieters are very creative and many great recipes for muffins and breads can be found. Enjoy the delicious Dukan Galette, recipe found as an easy and filling substitute for bread. As for dairy, during the first two phases you can have about 1 kilo a day of fat free/low fat dairies (less than 2% fat content) including quark, fat free yogurt, fat free milk, cottage cheese and so forth.
