KFC Wednesbury

having visited this restuarant with my family i was so shocked to see how unclean and unkept the place was. sadly my young son needed the tiolet, boy i wish he could have held on to it, it was filthy, i wounldn't let him touch anything, it sersoiusly looked like it had not been cleaned for quite some time.

expected more from this brand.

Order was wrong, food shovelled together literally and cold, had to wait forty five minutes as order wrong three times even though order very simple,couldn't get through to complain

Went thru the drive thru at rush hour to order my meal, once I got home there was hardly anything in the bag, called KFC and complained and the chap at the other end of the phone said come bk to the store and we will give you your food, once I got there the manager came out to me shouting at me in front of a busy store making out I was lying and refused to give me my food she didn't mind taking my money off me. I felt that small that woman called herself the manager when she was realy scruffy and her hair was all over the place she had very little communication skills she was all a fluster.

They are constantly getting orders wrong and when I complained about this yet again to the lady in charge she was extremely rude because I'd disturbed her smoking outside she showed me up big time in front of a busy shop when all I wanted was my food that I paid for.

Last night i went to kfc wedensbury..get box meal and i cant sleep all night with pain in stomach. .realy realy bad service ...last time i went and when i open burger there is one big hair inside realy realy not happy there is no good food quality
