Disgraceful staff and food quality
We watched the staff make our burger in front of us and burn the bun, they tried to throw away the top of the bun without us seeing as it was black and put a new top on and wrapped it up. I opened the burger up inside the shop and the bottom was also charcoaled. I asked the staff to exchange the burger and they were extremely rude an unhelpful, I would advise to stay away from this poorly run takeaway

weekend staff need to go back to school
Did not answer the telephone (in case it was a big order).
Waiting ten minutes before someone took and order and then said it would be 15 minutes before they could take my order - this was when the shop only had once person in.
The chap before complaints that half is order was missing and they said he must have telephone another shop for the other half.
If they are that bad with the order it makes you wonder about the hygiene

Has my 3 year old son would say...Very tasty!
Rang up with an order for collection. First time phone just rang and then went to answer machine! Second time girl answered straight away and was pleasant. 15 mins later picked up burger and girl again polite. Lads at work recommened this place but said staff can be very grumpy. All I can say I didn't experience this although the place was empty. Expensive yes but very tasty buger for sure, which is hard to find in rip off Britain. Will defiantly go again.
