Bitz N Pizza Walnut Tree, Milton Keynes

Had to wait 1.5 hours for meal when advised of only a 45 minute wait! Food was cold and some items missing! When airing my disappointment received low level of customer service and told they cannot do anything about it. Would recommend never to eat or order from Bitz n Pizza!

i just ordered from Bitz N Pizza, i ordered a cheese burger and chips for myself and a childs nuggets and chips. The food came within the time frame given and it was hot. The delivery driver was a happy chappy and the shop staff were very friendly on the phone. the food was nice and prepared exactly how i asked them to do it.
I will definitely use again :)

went to buy a couple of burgers and chips only to arrive home with a missing side of chips and a burger with a side serving of hair. I called the take away and they sent a driver out with a fresh meal, i was not best pleased and im not sure i will be eating their food again. terrible experience.

Good food whenever we go there, have not tried delivery. amazing food if you go and collect it though.

Easily the best chicken kebab in MK. We have ordered from here for over 5 years and have never had a complaint, always received a friendly and reliable service. Delivery can take a little longer then other places however if you collect the food is ALWAYS ready in under 10 minutes.

Always loved this shop! and the chicken is lush. Sometimes have to wait a while for delivery but that's no different to any other takeaway shops :) but highly recommend

Guy on phone couldn't speak English so couldn't make order as he didn't understand the address.

Can't comment on their full menu (burgers, chips, pizza and kebab is a strange combination) but their kebabs are average at best. Been there a few times now and service is terrible (expect to be ignored when you enter the shop and for your order to be prepared wrong), food is average (kebab salad is basic and meat is often burnt) and prices are too high for what you get. They should stick to pizzas.

I couldn't order so had to go out of my way to book they're to order! Then they spent too long coming back to me so i left empty handed and no cash as they didn't issue me with a refund! Diabolical !

I have been getting shish kebabs here every week for 5 years - because they are so good! I pitch up at about 7.30 pm, give them my order and go across the road to Tesco. When I get back 15 minutes later, my order is always ready (incl. fries freshly cooked), and I am served very courteously. Thanks guys.
