This menu is around 2 yrs out of date! min delivery is 7quids here but now @8.50 and the chicken shish is now 5.90 not 4.70?! Quite a big difference!food was nice tho!

When ordering a kebab I made the daft mistake of assuming I'd get something in pitta. Nope, the kebab was some unidentifiable meat concoction dumped on top of a plain nan which was folded in half. It didn't look great or taste great - not to be recommended and I won't use it again.

Well what to say about 'best kebab' not only was this thee WORST kebab I have ever had but prices were incorrect and when delivered was expected to pay an extra £6 more!! The delivery man proceeded to tell is that this is normal and 'every' takeaway uses this policy? Then it came to eating the 'food' which can hardly be called this, in my words I would put it as a pathetic excuse for a piece of chicken which was clearly left in Greece for some time when cooked and tasted absolutely awful, i didn't finish this piece of crap meal as it made me feel sick just the taste of it, the only half decent thing about the meal was the Pepsi and even that was warm... Would defiantly not recommend this poor excuse for a takeaway! The meal was not worth more than the piece of shit box it came in!!!

My son and a friend went there on boxing day 2014 the next day has tummy pains and was very very sick he said the food did not taste right how can people get away with serving bad food this company needs to be looked in too a bit of food poison do not go to this Best Kebab take away.

Ordered some kebabs from them and didn't receive one. So my brother phoned them to ask if they can deliver and they said no. Then he said we can pay for it and then they said no again. Then he said that he want to see the prices and the guy said that he will not let him know them! Seriously? And the. They just said goodbye and hang up! The worst service we ever received. He tried to call them but they just hang up!

Absolutely awful customer service skills, effort and care for their customers. I am not usually the kind to complain about things like this and im quite reasonable when it comes to people working, i know we all have bad days. but to hang up on their customers is rude for one, to also refuse a refund because at they're own fault they did not have pizzas left (i was happy for a refund and the rest of my food, as the no pizza never bothered me) and to also repeatedly shout at my friend down the phone, when my friend had asked them to please stop shouting. Never ever have i ever felt so disrespected.
