Bad service
Very good chips, though not impressed with phone order being ignored. Placed the order at 5.45 and came at 6.05 to pick it up. She acted like the order never happened over the phone and started cooking it right then, meaning I had to wait even longer (which was what I was trying to avoid by phoning first). Bad service.
