Would never order from again.
If I could give this anything lower than one star I would. Customer service was very poor, We had placed an order from new-lands at around 19:10, a basic order for two. At 20:00 we called in as our food had not arrived yet, they said the driver had left just 3 minutes ago, I requested that they called the driver and request the food to arrive asap. 20:30 and still delivery. We live very close.
At 20:45 We called, and it turned out that our order was not "on record" and just missing from the system. I requested to speak to a manager, that request was denied, I requested what they could do for us as we were waiting nearly two hours for our order, a basic sod off attitude and nothing done as an apology. We had to cancel our order, two hours and no food, and barely an apology, I would have kept the order if they had knocked something off the price or offered us something, but that was completely shunned.
So we've to order else where and will not be ordering from new-lands ever again, and I would not recommend to anyone, as this is not the first time we've had issues with this takeaway.
