Food good delivery is time really bad some times up to an hour

Dragon palace have repeatedly got our order wrong and are persistently rude when I have called to complain. Once again, this evening we ordered two meals, one vegetarian. The order took over an hour to be delivered. When it arrived the vegetarian dish was actually Chicken! I rang to have it changed and was told that it would take ten minutes, 25 minutes later I called to just cancel altogether and get a refund. Phone staff were incredibly rude and I am still waiting for a refund! grrrr!

The food was amazing! It was the first i ordered and i will continue to order. Deliveries do take long but it is worth the wait :D

waiting 1hr & 45mins for cold congealed food !!
Have used this Chinese a few times always wait an hour for delivery. But an hour and 45 mins is unacceptable. Food was horrible and cold . When I rang to complain they were very rude. I would never get a Chinese here again ! Nicer places in the area .
