Disgraceful
The franchise "owner" Kitty is the rudest, most ignorant and bitchy woman I have ever come in contact with in a customer service role. When I originally filed a complaint about my original service with this store she contacted me to "deal" with my issue. Instead she insisted we can a third party involved to see how they would treat my issue. The third party was my work! Not only was this a conflict of interest but an extremely unprofessional thing for a franchisee owner to do.
