Not impressed. We had been going to this fish and chip shop every friday for several weeks. Today when I picked up my phone order I didn't not realise until after I had driven home 10 minutes away that they had forgotten half my order.

I rang and was told they had forgotten to give me the 3 missing pieces of fish. I asked if I would receive any compensation. I was happy with a few extra chips or another piece of fish or a 5% discount on my next order - what I consider good basic customer service. I was told if I wanted another piece of fish it would be $4.70 but they would cook me another 3 pieces to pickup now.

I drove back, they all refused to look me in the eye and gave a poor apology. After driving home again we unwrapped all the food to find the fish wasn't fresh and by this time all the food was stone cold. VERY unpleasant.

Would not recommend this takeaway shop to anyway. The souvlakis are tiny, the battered hotdogs are tough and rubbery and the service is pathetic.
