So, if you want to lose weight, try etinag cooked egg whites with bread and a little mayo. You can also add salt or pepper, or both, as much as your liking, just not too much! Eat like that for all meals, or just breakfast and dinner, until you lose enough weight as you want. It's actually really healthy, but remember to drink milk, orange juice,and take a multi-vitamin, so you that way you don't miss out on all of the important nutrients that you need. Hope I helped!!!!!
