don't so it sweetie! Its a big scam, they chgrae you "ground rent" and all sorts of rates, then make you take the caravan away after 10 years or scrap it. You will lose lots of money. Its horrible.Buy a cheap mobile caravan from Gumtree.com or your local newspaper, then you can be your own boss and camp wherever and whenever you want. You won't be be-holden to anyone.
