Burro's Fish Cafe Warners Bay

The pattie and bacon on the burger were deep fried. The chips were slightly soggy and uncooked on the inside... The service and hospitality was poor. My partner and i have been to many cafes over the years and have never written a review whether good or bad, but i feel i was my mission to write this reveiw as a very bad taste has been lft in my mouth since dining at Burro's...

My partner and I walked into the cafe today. All doors and signage indicated they were open. People were sitting down eating. It was just after 1pm. We were told roughly "we're closed, no orders" and were pointed (quite rudely) to the door. Horrible service and dirty looking place inside. Save yourself the bother of going to this rude place

Love the family pack, for $32 it is awesome value, and tastes great. It is always busy, because it is good. We love to go get fish and chips and eat them by the lake - we ring the order through now, that saves waiting.

Me and my boyfriend went there on Anzac day, only ordered chips a burger and chiko roll, took over 30mins to get out meal. Then was thrown back $2.70 for the chiko roll because "we forgot to put it on". Also got charged 10% extra for being a public holiday, with only 2staff working. Not very smart business owners having 2staff working on a public holiday. Never going back there. Wasn't happy at all!!!

40 minutes for fish & chips after being told we would have to wait 20 minutes! Also stiffed for a meduim chips. Atrocious! very disappointing! do not know how it survives when it operates like this!
